Tom had been in my area that morning completing a job at another company and when he finished he left. When I called him that evening, he came back to my area which is about 40 minutes away. He assessed the problem and fixed my septic tank problem. He is very professional, patient and competent in his work. I recommend him highly. This is my second time using him to do plumbing work.
